Codebenders is partnering in the implementation of Assessment Information Management System (AIMS) for College of Policing using Node.js.
AIMS
AIMS is a multi-tenant system, designed and implemented such that allowing CoP and/or forces across the UK create their own events, accept thousands of applications, run events, perform and record evaluations, mark the results, generate candidate feedback reports and inform the candidates. Wehn the project goes live and it will allow elimination of paperwork/legacy optical forms, increase the efficiency and transparency of the process.
Remote Events
AIMS (with other 3rd party integrations) will allow the CoP to hold remote recruitment events.
Technologies
The technologies used are Spring Framework and Node.js to develop the underlying services with micro-service architecture principles. The services will be deployed to Amazon AWS and gov.uk cloud platform.
